Explanation:

A quadratic equation can be constructed from their roots,

(x - p)(x - q)

where p and q are the roots.

Here the roots are

2 - √(3)

and

2 + √(3)

So we have

(x - (2 - √(3) ))(x - (2 + √(3) ))

{x}^(2) - 2x - x √(3) - 2x + x √(3) + 4 - 3

{x}^(2) - 4x + 1 = 0

So our answer is x^2

{x}^(2) - 4x + 1 = 0
