Explanation:

Yes, the relation given to us is a function. Each x-coordinate, or input, has exactly one y-coordinate, or output. This is a function.

We can also graph all of the given points. See attached. This graph passes the vertical line test, so the given relation could be a function. The vertical line test is a vertical line held up to the graph, and this line can only be intercepted once at a time.

We see that this is function appears to be every x-value squared is the y-value.
