Okay i really need the chefs here!!
What are some tips to making the best pancakes?

For myself to make the best pancakes, I do:

300ml milk
2 medium eggs
100g flour

And add flavourings or whatever with it, but those are your main ingredients for batter which you can cook after.
Mixture should be thick but slightly runny for best consistency.

Well, I'm certainly not a chef but I know that if you whip egg whites and then mix them in with your batter, it will make the fluffiest pancakes!
