Answer: 20/3

Solution:

-5^2/-15 + 5
Determine the sign

5^2/15 + 5
Calculate

25/15 + 5
Simplify

5/3 + 5
Transform the expression

5 + 15/3
Calculate

= 20/3

(But there’s alternative forms too!: 6.6, 6 2/3)
