$(10 * 4)/(2) - (5 * 3)/(2) = \\ = (40)/(2) - (15)/(2) = \\ = (25)/(2)$

Circle

${4}^(2) \pi - {2}^(2) \pi = \\ = 16\pi - 4\pi = \\ = 12\pi$
