So about the Outlaw Hero thing yeah if you want to learn more bout that you should watch the one of MatPat Game Theory( forgot the title though). Technically ppl consider him as a hero but again ppl like J Jonah Jameson sometimes actually give some reasonable accusations against Spiderman. Mostly likely Spiderman will give some beatings to criminals and villains but all of that is arguably self-defense. Even if it' "self-defense" most police in real life would only suppress the criminal not in a hurting way. If you see it closely he would cause injures enough to break bones and more. Next the damages he causes. Usually, buildings/cars or whatever it is you still need to pay for the damage you caused in the city after a fight against a villain that's equivalent to a terrorist attack damage threat. Finally the uses of authority. Spiderman might be above law enforcement like Police but he still has to follow the legal laws of his actions that caused the greater threat. For example in Homecoming and Far from home, Tony Stark gave his technology to spiderman giving like glasses like Edith. Now I can't say that accidentally making the killer drones attack the city is Spiderman's fault (Because technically Mysterio did it) But giving the glasses to Mysterio is still technically illegal even if you didn't cause it. In the end, you gave the usage of weapon authority to another being. Another example is even stuff like Peter Parker erasing the embarrassing picture that someone took and tried to show to MJ in Far from home is illegal. That's almost close to CM or Cyber Manipulation or hacking similarly.
