Londell James is the most dangerous drug dealer in the neighborhood. Everyone is scared of him and he has guns. He got arrested for shooting Roylin Bailey in " A Matter of Trust ",but was released from Cliffside Prison later because they couldn't prove that he did anything except for driving his car that day.
