Unfortunately, i don't know the answer to this question however, i saw the other one and couldnt answer so i came to this one!!

I have been here before. You know what makes it easier? taking a second to cry. let yourself not be okay for a minute. But then go put some cold water on your face, and think about what your life would be like if you weren't depressed. then i want you to get some paper and write down what you think it would take for you to get to that place. now when you feel this way again use that paper as a reference. Instead of being in s much emotional pain, choose to work on one of those things. it will get better i promise. but don't hurt yourself. im so sorry:) you will get through it.
