I could be wrong because I am not too sure about my answer, but I feel like all of the other options only mention one specific thing about the text. You could say that it is B. but that was only really talked about in like two sentences and it doesn't really summarize the other information. C. mentions how important the city is and that it is "exclusive" which I would say relates to the ideas mentioned in B. and it also says that it is an "imperial palace" which relates to the ideas in D. Lastly, it talks about "China's political scenes", which could relate to the ideas in A.
