Gracie’s bill at a restaurant is $15. Sales tax is 6% and she plans to leave a 20% tip (on the total after tax is added). What is the total amount of money she’ll pay, including tax and tip?

Answer:

She will pay $19.08

Explanation:

6/100=0.06

15(0.06)=0.90

15.00+0.90=15.90

20/100=0.2

(15.90)(0.2)=3.18

15.90+3.18=$19.08

sales tax would be 0.90 then add the 20% would be 3.00 so 15 + 0.90 + 3 = ur answer
