A 55 year old man was brought to the hospital after suddenly falling to the ground unable to move his right arm and leg. The neurological exam revealed that the limbs on the right side were markedly weak, hyperreflexic, hypertonic, and positive Babinski. Cranial nerve examination was signification in that upon smiling the man did not elevate his mouth on the right side and could not blow out his right cheek. He could, however, tightly close his lids on both sides. Sensation from the body and face were normal. Where is the lesion?
