Assuming that new reserves of fossil fuels are found and a way of burning fuels is developed that does not emit pollutants or carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, in this case these fossil fuels should not be conserved but exploited, as such exploitation would not affect negative for the planet, at the same time that it would allow economic development since all fossil fuels have great economic value today due to its scarcity.
