I do not think she will succeed with this plan for two reasons. Firstly, three hours of exercise is an extreme amount of work, and Alicia will probably get tired after the first thirty minutes to an hour. I mean, wouldn't everyone? Secondly, it says Alicia is an inactive teen. How is it possible that after not exercising, she just suddenly decides to exercise, and for three hours? She needs to work up to that level of activity.
