Answer:

AC ≈ 11 cm

Explanation:

i used the pythagorean theorem twice . . .

1st was with ΔCED:

EC² + 7² = 8²

EC² = 64-49

EC = √15

2nd was with ΔAED:

AE² + 7² = 10²

AE² = 100-49

AE = √51

√51 + √15 ≈ 11
