If

(5)/(4) cups of milk is used to to make 1 serving.

Then 1 cup of milk will be required to make servings =
(1)/((5)/(4))

=
(4)/(5)

Since, 1 gallon = 16 cups

Therefore, 16 cups of milk will be required for servings =
(4)/(5)* 16

= 12.8 servings
