1) The pairs of numbers are:

19 and 91, which do not satisfy the condition

28 and 82, which do not satisfy the condition

37 and 73, which satisfy the condition

45 and 54, which do not satisfy the condition

The number is 37.

Another method:

10x+y+36 = 10y+x, or

9x+36 = 9y, or

x+4= y …(1)

x+y = 10, or

y = 10-x …(2)

Equate (1) and (2)

x+4 = 10-x

2x = 10–4 = 6, or x = 3 so y = 10–3 = 7.

So the number is 37

( Sorry I can answer number 1 i'm in a rush and I don't really use my brain it's useful but also not. I hope someone answer your question number 2 'ᴗ' Good luck! I also hope my answer is useful. )
