Answer:

Explanation below!

Explanation:

For the Zero Exponent you basically just get rid of the 0 and solve the problem like you usually would.

For Example:

(-3x + 7)°

**Pretend ° is a small zero.

  1. Get rid of the 0
  2. Get rid of the parentheses.
  3. You're finished with the problem!

this is because number with an x like -3x cannot be added or subtracted with normal numbers like 7.

So the answer is basically: -3x + 7

For NonZero Positive None Exponents..

This is how they work

Pretend (2) is a exponent.

A Example;

8(2) over 8(2) in your problem.

  1. Apply the exponent.

8(2) basically means 8 x 8.

8(3) means 8 x 8 x 8

8(0) means 8 because it's not gonna be multipled to anything. That's why its a 0.

and so on.

8 x 8 gets us 64.

So when we apply the exponent, the problem will transform to 64 over 64

2. Turn the fraction into an equation.

Fractions are turned to division equations. So all we have to do is divide 64 by 64 which gets us 1.

I will explain the rest later because I'm short on time, I hope this small information helps you at least a little!
