Ratio of people to minutes = 54:24
People to one minute = 2.25:1
2 hours = 120 , therefore multiple both sides by 120

2.25:1

You will start by knowing how many people it takes in 1 minute, so divide 54 by 24 that gives you 2.25. Then multiply 120 min by 2.25 to get how many people can ride in 2 hours..
