h , 13 and 10 are forming 3 sides of a right angled triangle
Hence by Pythagoras theorem
(h^2)+(10^2)=13^2
h^2=(13^2)-(10^2)
h^2=169-100
h^2=69
h=+8.31 or -8.31
h=8.31 units (since is a side of a solid figure)

Volume =(1/3) x π x r2 x h
=(1/3) x π x (10^2) x 8.31
=870.22 units

^ = to the power
