Answer:

33.6 / 96 is the fraction of the temperature between ice and freezing

33.6 / 96 = .35

So C = .35 * 100 = 35 deg C where the ice point would be 0 deg C

You can convert C to F

F = 9 / 5 * C + 32 = 9/5 * 35 + 32 = 95 deg F
