sorry but to tell u the answer, I need to know this

is there an equal sign between 9 and 10 or it's just a minus sign?

I mean if it is a minus sign the first thing to do to solve the equation is 9-10 which gives you -1. but if there is an equal sign the first step is to subtract 10 from both sides of the equation which means your answer will be option B.
