I don't know how to write an essay but I can give yo an idea in a paragraph also im 99.9 percent sure this is wrong anyway so sorry I honestly don't even understand the question.

Step-by-step explanation

The central government should be involved in the election process but not at full extent I think the central government should be able to tell people what he wants without his competitors butting in the middle of his answer to the question he is trying to answer because in all election and im saying in every election someone buts into the other answer so that they don't finish and run out of time trust me it is a tactic that should be banned.
