Question: Match each element to the correct part Of an effective essay

The attention-getting sentence is the very first sentence or a sentence close to the beginning of the introduction that grabs the reader's attention. Usually, they are surprising, interesting, or a question.

DOD (I do not know what dod is)

Conclusion – It finishes the essay and concludes it. It usually summarizes the essay's main points and leaves an impact with the reader. Usually, most readers only remember the conclusion of an essay, so it needs to be the so what of an effective essay. The reader needs to walk away having their so what question aswered.

Body – This is where all the information you are talking about should be. Normally, the paragraphs are composed of a topic then an example then an analysis then a conclusion.

Introduction – This is where you introduce your topics and how they fit together. The introduction should be the most engaging part of the essay to keep the readers focused on the essay.

Call to action – This is what you want your readers to do. Is your essay about pollution? Then the call to action might be something like having the readers pick up more trash. The call to action should be what your readers think or do after reading your essay.

Specific details about topic – They are what they are. They should be an analysis of the topic or something specific to the topic. Vagueness or ambiguity is frowned upon in most classes. Do not have information that is broad an can be applied to many other topics. The information should apply mostly, if not fully, to your topic.

Hope this helped! Please answer what is DOD and I may be able to help.
