The answer is 62 degrees

Explanation:

I was kind of anticipating this question, given the others you posted. :) It builds on what you learned in the last 2.

Two angles that form a straight line = 180 degrees.

So x + 149 = 180, x = 31.

Now look at the horizontal line that is parallel on top. The corresponding angle for x is the upper left angle.

And the prior example also said that vertical angles/opposite angles are equal. So x = y, so y = 31 also.

The question is what is x + y

31 + 31 = 62
