Explanation:

A is nonlinear because it is an exponential function. As we add more X inputs, the change is the Y coordinates increase by a greater and greater amount. As an example, X=1, then Y=3, X=2, then Y=9, etc. B is linear because it is a horizontal line. No matter the X input, Y will remain the same because it is given: y=-5. C is nonlinear because it is a quadratic function. In any quadratic function, the line reaches a vertex before changing directions therefore, not forming a line.
