Think of a person who holds a position of power and authority in his or her job. This might be one of your parents, your doctor, someone you’ve worked for—anyone with authority. What is the sex of that person? If that person was the opposite do you think (s)he would have more/less power and respect? Would (s)he have to change communication styles or the way (s)he dealt with coworkers, subordinates, and clients? what kinds of barriers or challenges would be different?

Please help meee!!!! This is due today

If the person was female then yes I believe due to the misogynistic values today’s society possesses she wouldn’t be that influential. Many men don’t take their female co-workers seriously and don’t like being ordered by women. She would have to be more firm to show she isn’t willing to be walked over and not taken seriously.
