Hi there,

Since the government has no control over how many people are born, it has no correlation with the government giving people social security numbers. In other words, just because the government provides a social security number doesn't mean every person is given one at birth.

I am quite certain this answer is correct. Please let me know if there is another explanation for this problem.

I mean I think it's not, think about it this way...

Because the government gives every person a social security number, every single person who's born gets one.

Because it's literally saying the exact same thing.
