Answer: small intestine, the oral cavity, the uvula, Nonkeratinized stratified squamous (AKA, squamous epithelium), the frenulum, papillae, in the mouth, the parotid gland, are lateral to the incisors, Oropharynx and laryngopharynx, the liver, mucosa (and submucosa), subsequent to the muscularis propia and, the outermost layer would be the adventitia/serosa. The esophagus, and, finally, the Cardiac muscle.

(I did a bit of research, though, and the answers seem to have come from Quizlet, and the explanations I sought for. Hope this could help you in any way.)
