Mental health- being in the right head space before acting out on a situation and being able to mentally handle it.
Physical health- people often use working out or exercise to get out stressful emotions physically.
Spiritual health- someone might be at “zen” for lack of better terms. Meaning they aren’t stressed out about something they cannot control. People can pray or meditate as well to help clear their headspace and relax.
Social health- being able to talk to someone trusted like a friend or family member about things that stress you out can help bring solutions to how to approach or settle your stressful situation.
