The formula for the volume of a rectangular prism is V=l×w×h. Multiply the length times the width times the height to write a simplified expression in standard form to represent the volume of the box.

Answer:

Volume of box= Box Area * Box height

Explanation:

If the box has equal sides then the l=w=h length is equal to height and both are equal to width so this can also be written as l=l=l or

Volume= length * width * height

V= l*w*h

V= l*l*l

V= l³

or if the three sides are not equal this can also be written as

Volume of box= Box length * Box width * Box height

If we observe closely we find that length * breadth gives the area so the volume of the box can also be written as

Volume of box= Box length * Box width * Box height

Volume of box= Box Area * Box height
