Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary.

$3x+10+8x+5=180 \\ \\ 11x+15=180 \\ \\ 11x=165 \\ \\ \boxed{x=15} \\ \\ \\ \\ 5y+3(15)+10=180 \\ \\ 5y+55=180 \\ \\ 5y=125 \\ \\ \boxed{y=21}$
