The internal angles of a parallelogram add to 360 degrees. A parallelogram must have equivalent opposite interior angles. Therefore angles a and c are the same and angles b and d are the same. We now know that angles a and c add to 102 degrees so we do (360-102)/2. Which is 129 degrees for both angles. The answer is 129 degrees for angle b
