A. Mindfulness/meditation

B. Eating

C. Deep breathing

D. Gratitude

Stress eating is a widespread way of someone trying to deplete their stress levels. Although this can be harmful if your trying to lose weight or if you are eating specifically fatty foods cause high cholesterol.
