Hey!!
So let’s break this down!
One of these angles is given to us as 42 degrees. The other angle is considered “x” and the other angle is a right angle (we know that bc of the body thing at the angle).
A right angle is always 90 degrees!!

So let’s set up our equation:
(Now remember: A TRIANGLES ANGLES MUST ADD UP TO 180 DEGREES!!)

So: 42+x+90 =180
Then we want to combine like terms and get:
132+x =180
Then we want to get x by itself, so we subtract 132 form both sides to get:

X= 48

So that’s our final answer!!

Answer:

Solution

here,

X=?

now,

X+90+42=180 (Sum of angles of Triangle)

or, X=180-132

or, X=48

Hence the value of X is 48 degrees
