Answer:

Here is the answer I'm not that sure if it's correct tho!

y = -0.333x + -3.67

And the answer to your second question should be y=13x-105

Answer:

y = -2x - 12

Explanation:

Slope intercept form: y = mx +b

Here, m is the slope and b is y-intercept.

y = -2x + 3

m = -2

Parallel lines have same slope.

m = -2

The equation: y = -2x + b

The line passes through (-5 , -2). Substitute the x and y coordinates in the above equation and find 'b'

-2 = -2*(-5) + b

-2 = 10 + b

-2 - 10 = b

b = -12

The equation of the line:

y = -2x - 12
