Write the equation of the line that passes through the points (−3,−5) and (−2,−4). Put your answer in fully simplified point-slope form, unless it is a vertical or horizontal line.

-5-4=1/5(-2-3) Is the answer:

So always keep in mind the formula for point-slope form.
Y-y1=m(x-x1)

So take the two numbers in the y points so in this problem would be -5 and -4.

Next, you would put it in the equation so far we have -5-4

Then, find the slope rise over run or I use vertical over across so count the y difference because it’s vertical so -5-4 is -1 so then is across which is -2-3 which is -5 so a negative divided by a negative is positive so positive 1/5 is the slope.

Last you plug in the x values in the equation

Hope this helps!!
