Let's observe

Option D

  • In NO_2 bond Two O atoms' have "-" sign means they has extra electron they won't take the bonded electrons of N as they don't need more (On compare to rest)
  • As methyl group attached the + will be deducted as it shows +I effect and push the electrons of its toward

Option C

  • Double bond between N and O ,The π-bond will break down very fast as O is highly electronegative .
  • less stable than D

Option B

  • Same like previous one But as there is + on middle CH and - sign on 2 nd CH from left ,
  • - sign present on 2nd CH from left.
  • Methyl will show +I effect but as already - sign present it cannot push it's electron .So its less stable than C

Option A

A double bold present at middle it will break down fast so least stable .

The order is D>C>B>A
