Work = F * S force * distance

Power = Work / Time = F * S / t

Velocity = distance / time = S / t = v

Power = F * v

P = 685 N * (11 m / 8.75 s)

P = 685 N * 1.26 m/s = 861 Joules / sec = 861 Watts

(Note 1 Watt = 1 Joule / sec
