Hello!

Lets go over the definitions of each that are given and discuss the steps of the processes.

  • Excretion - the process of eliminating or expelling waste matter, that is when referring to living organisms and cells. It is one of the major ways the human body maintains homeostasis. Organs of excretion make up the excretory system. They include the kidneys, large intestine, liver, skin, and lungs

  • Respiration - when referring to terms in Biology, the respiration process in living organisms involves the production of energy, typically with the intake of oxygen and the release of carbon dioxide from the oxidation of complex organic substances.

  • Perspiration - more commonly referred to the process of "sweating", it is a process in which the body is expelling liquid through sweat glands. Sweating is the body's mechanism to cool itself. The nervous system automatically triggers sweat glands when your body temperature rises. Sweating also occurs, especially on your palms, when you're nervous. Primary hyperhidrosis is caused by faulty nerve signals that trigger eccrine sweat glands to become "overactive".

  • Digestion - involves the breakdown of food into smaller and smaller components, until they can be absorbed and assimilated into the body.

Considering there is an option to select multiple responses, I would say that "The body loses water through excretion and perspiration.", or short answer, Options A and C are correct after analyzing the definitions of each process.

Hope this helps!
