Explanation:

The straight line will always have 180˚. 180 - 123 = 57˚.

A triangle will always have the angles add up to 180˚. 180 - 57 - 92 = 31˚

x = 31˚

So x + 57 + 92 = 180
x + 149 = 180
x = 31°
