Explanation:

I say ⅜ because of how many variables you can take into account 3 different colors, and a 2 sided coin, lastly 3 different numbers. So in total that is 8 possible variables and the 3 being blue, heads, and landing on 1.

Now I say ⅗ because of this perspective on the variables. You have the 3 colors, and your two sided coin but thing here is that the 1 is basically another color so the question is technically asking for the probability of spinning blue, landing on heads and landing on red in a sense.

Go with your gut though between those 2
