The price to travel in a taxi in a certain large city costs $2.50 for the initial fare and $0.50 per mile. The cost to ride in a town car in the same city is $3 per mile. Which of the following is true?

The slope of the line for the graph representing the taxi cost is steeper than the slope of the line of the graph representing the town car.
The slope of the line for the graph representing the town car cost is steeper than the slope of the line of the graph representing the taxi.
The y-intercept on the graph of the town car is greater than the y-intercept of the graph of the taxi.
The y-intercept is zero for both graphs.

the third one because the initial fee is $2.50 for the taxi so thats where the line is going to start there. the initial fee for the car is $3 so it will start there. $3 is more than $2.50 so its the third one.
