There are 12 students in a class, Qian has already been chosen. Therefore, we have 11 students left in the class.

The formula for probability is given as,

\text{Probability}=\frac{\text{Number of students}}{Total\text{ number of students}}

Therefore, we have the probability of two students out of 11 students which were picked randomly to calculate.

The probability of picking the second person is,

P(\text{second person)=}\frac{\text{2}}{11}

The probability of picking the third person is,

P(\text{third person)=}\frac{\text{1}}{10}
