GIVEN:

We are given the graph of a quadratic function as shown in the attached image.

Required;

To determine which of the inequalities provided represents the graph given.

Solution;

The parent function is a quadratic function and its an upward opening graph which means the coefficient of x squared is positive.

Also the graph is shifted 3 units to the right, and then 6 units down.

This is best represented by the following;


y=3x^2-3x-6

However, what we have is an inequality and the inner region is shaded appropriately. Hence, the inequality that represents this would be;

ANSWER:


y\ge3x^2-3x-6
