In "To Kill a Mockingbird", Jem and Scout receive some blessings from Boo Radley. She needs to get to know children closely and accepts that they are kind. However she is, due to her separation, she can't find a way to do it. In the long run, she clears some baby equipment in a tree. One such blessing could be a watch, most likely aimed at Jem. Typically a precious blessing for him, as he likes Atticus's remark, but doesn't have one of his own.

Answer: In "To Kill a Mockingbird," Jem and Scout receive some gifts from Boo Radley. He wants to befriend the children, and he believes them to be kind. However, because of his isolation, he cannot find a way to do so. Eventually he leaves some gifts for the children in a tree. One of these gifts is a watch, most likely intended for Jem. This is a useful gift for him, as he likes Atticus's watch, but does not have one of his own.
