There are two spinners containing only yellow and black slices.Spinner A has 10 black slices and 6 yellow slices. All the slices are the same size.Spinner B has 9 black slices and 3 yellow slices. All the slices are the same size. Each spinner is spun.List these events from least likely to most likely.Event 1: Spinner B lands on a yellow slice.Event 2: Spinner A lands on a black slice.Event 3: Spinner B lands on a black slice.Event 4: Spinner A lands on a red slice.aLeast likelyMost likelyEvent (1)Event Event |, Event

Number of slices Spinner A had = 16

Number of b;ack slices Spinner A had = 10

Number of yellow slices Spinner A had = 6

Number of slices Spinner B had = 12

Number of b;ack slices Spinner B had = 9

Number of yellow slices Spinner B had = 3

Calculate the probability of each event.

Probability of Event 1

=\frac{Number\text{ of yellow slices}}{\text{Total number of slices}}=(3)/(12)=(1)/(4)

Probability of Event 2

=\frac{Number\text{ of black slices}}{\text{Total number of slices}}=(10)/(16)=(5)/(8)

Probability of Event 3

=\frac{Number\text{ of black slices}}{\text{Total number of slices}}=(9)/(12)=(3)/(4)

Since there is no red slice , probability of Event 4 equals zero.

Event with more probability is most likely.

Here,

0<(1)/(4)<(5)/(8)<(3)/(4)

So, it can be arranges as:

Event 4,
