So the equation is saying that -3 is equal to 3. But that is false so it would make the system of linear equations be no solution. Which means that you are giving a number that is equal to another number when its not. For example, lets say that you are given 4=-20 well that would be no solution because those aren't equal. Now lets say you are given 20=20 that would be infinitely many solutions because the two numbers are equal to each other.
