We have an acid.

Let's suppose we have the next reaction HA <===> H+ + A- from a weak acid like: CH3COOH(aq) + H2O(l) <=> CH3COO-(aq) + H3O+(aq)

Ka = ionization constant = Products / reactanst

Ka\text{ = }(\lbrack CH3COO-\rbrack x\lbrack H3O+\rbrack)/(\lbrack CH3COOH\rbrack)=\text{ }\frac{16.4M\text{ x }7.6M}{0.8M}=\text{ 155.8 M}
