it should be d. 72. it is 72 because if you divide 500 from 3,000 you get 6. for each 500 calculators 12 are defective, so 12 x 6 = 72

Answer: The answer is B

Explanation:

You multiply 500, 6 times to get 3,000. Then multiply 12, 6 times. So 12 x 6=72
