We are going to graph the triangle with vertices J(2,-4), K(3,5) and L(6,-1). We obtain the figure:

As we want to reflect across the x-axis, the line of reflection is the x-axis.

In this case, we reflected each point across the x axis, by changing the sign of the y-coordinate. Thus, the point J(2,-4) becomes J'(2,4):
